The resort had a fridge and tea and coffee facilities, i found that very handy. the bed was comfortable. happy hour at the bar was a bonus. I really enjoyed it.

i loved the beachfront location! the stinger net was so close for safe swimming. the hotel pool was right outside my door!

ants were everywhere in my room! the shower dripped non-stop and i could not turn it off. power points in the bathroom did not work.

the superior suite beachfront was spacious. it included a separate living area and a dining table. the bathroom had two separate sinks AND a rainfall shower.

the furniture SEEMED a bit worn.

poor food inadequate parking

The food was disappointing. i met some colleagues from brisbane, and they too felt the food quality was lacking. also, the air conditioning in my room barely functioned, it was stuffy. A climb-in bath shower was a real inconvenience. parking was inadequate and poorly organized. I found my vehicle boxed in one morning. the restaurant lacked air conditioning as well and it was uncomfortably hot. i think they really need to fix the air con and improve the food.

Really good Beachfront Stay

easy walk friendly staff comfortable room

The hotel is located right on the beach and the short walk to shops is easy. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful (a big plus). The room was quite good and very comfortable.

The sound proofing from rooms above was not optimal. I could hear every scrape of a chair and people walking. A top floor room would eliminate this issue.

The hotel features two wonderful pools to choose from. poolside service. The main hotel facilities are easily accessible and I found the food to be good .

The location is as good as you can get, with the hotel directly on the beachfront. This provides easy access to beach walks and ocean views. It is a beautiful location.

spacious room blackout curtains working amenities

The room was spacious and clean. Blackout curtains helped with sleeping. Room amenities were in good order, and everything worked well (i appreciated that!).

The sliding glass door to the balcony was very loud when opened.
